Add Arabic keyboard on iPhone

Open Settings, then General, then Keyboard.

Select Keyboards and tap Add New Keyboard.

Choose Arabic from the list and select your preferred layout.

Open any text field, then tap the globe icon on the keyboard.

Switch between your current keyboard and Arabic as needed.
